Glasfloss Z-Line Series MERV 11 filter media is laminated to a heavy-duty metal backing that stabilizes the media during operation. With a filtration rating of MERV 11, these filters are comparable to MPR rating 1000 to 1200, or FPR 7 rating. The filters incorporate 100% synthetic fibers that are electrostatically charged and thermally bonded, manufactured in an engineered gradient structure. This engineered grading structure media supports high dust-holding capacity and long filter service life.
